In a partnership with Phoenix Health Center and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, St. John Center launched a new permanent housing initiative on July 1, 2008.  With funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), St. John Center will provide permanent housing and case management support to 18 chronically homeless men.  

St. John Center successfully placed 28 men in housing in the last twenty months, largely with the support of housing vouchers from the Kentucky Housing Corporation.  Pictured below are three St. John Center clients meeting with case manager Heidi Solarz-Kutz and Housing Manager Kate Westmoreland-White.
